TIG Welding

TIG welding is used for our more precise and decorative products. It is also a more diverse process, enabling us to weld a wide range of materials including stainless steel and aluminum.

MIG Welding

MIG welding is our most commonly used process. It is the most productive and gives us the ability to weld thicker materials for structural and reinforcement needs.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Our CNC plasma table measures 5' x 10' and allows us to cut custom designed shapes in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting

CNC oxy-fuel cutting is the newest addition to our shop. We are now able to cut computer designed parts up to 2" thick steel.

Sheet Bending and Forming

Sheet metal and plate material is formed to any specification using our 10' long hydraulic press brake.

Hole and Shape Punching

With our two hydraulic punch presses we have the ability to punch precise holes and shapes in both thin sheet metal and thick metal plate material.

Bandsaw Cutting

Industrial bandsaw cutting machines are capable of cutting a wide array of different materials, multiple parts at once, and provide square, clean cuts.

Tube Bending

Handrails, roll cages, frames, etc. are all formed using our digitally programed round tube / pipe bender.

Tube & Shape Rolling

Also known as an Angle Roll machine, This machine is used to create a radius across a long length of material. Profiles we roll include tube, bar, angle, channel, and beam in steel and aluminum.

Product Drawings & Design

All custom work starts here. Using CAD and Vector Graphics Editor computer programs, we are able to create parts on paper before production so our customers will know exactly what they are getting.
